Another present.
I don’t think I mentioned this – last week I ordered another birthday present for my husband, from the internet. I haven’t received it yet, though. It looks like it may arrive on Monday.Have you heard of The Normals? They are cool. Hubby and I heard their song ‘Black Dress’ (which is awesome, it’s about King David giving into temptation), and were hooked. We hadn’t heard any of their other songs, but always said that we should make them “our band”, because they aren’t hugely known in Australia, and we could introduce them to everyone (and make everyone love them). Unfortunately, we’ve never actually purchased their CD’s, because the Christian bookstores would have to order them in. But I went to their website, and they were selling a pack containing all three of their CD’s for under $50, including postage from the US! That is a complete bargain, considering a CD in Australia is usually $30. So that’s his present. :o)
